Realized during my exchange in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, this project is a cultural and artistic corridor in the city center of Addis Ababa. Designed as a public space, this pedestrian street connects major distribution points in the area. Two ways are proposed to the walkers; the fast way or the exhibition way. Mixing different programs all related to art and culture development in the city, this public urban space revolutionizes the city center. Indeed, until now there is nothing such as a "piazza" (Italian term to define public square) in this historical neighborhood called Piassa.
The architecture stays humble in its shape but uses local materials and construction technics. Indeed, I started to take an active interest in materials, environment en project economy.
